Once we have helped you find your ideal home our dedicated lettings team will pull out all the stops to ensure everything progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible, providing advice and assistance at every stage and on every aspect of your move.

At Pure Lettings we strive to make the process of letting as easy as possible.

• First, we arrange to show you around your chosen property (or properties).
• Once you decide which one suits you best you will be sent a link to our partner company Goodlord, who will take over the process of seeking references and administrating any move in monies.
• Once a holding deposit has been confirmed as paid we will remove the property from marketing and cancel any further viewings.
• Once everything is in place you will be invited into our offices, we will give you an inventory and hand you the keys to your new home.
