• Full Management Package: £250 initial set up fee + 12% of monthly rental

Hourly Rate: any work carried out by Pure Lettings outside of our lettings service options £90 per hour

Abortive Letting Fee: In the event of the landlord withdrawing from an agreed let after the introduction £350 and referencing of a suitable tenant. This covers,abortive administration, marketing & advertising expenses
